Our Story
Le Tê is a premium Franco-Taiwanese brand offering Taiwanese bubble tea in an innovative French "salon de thé" experience. The name "Le Tê" is inspired by the coincidence between the Taiwanese word for tea, "tê", and the French word "thé" — a name that celebrates the harmony between both cultures.
Founded in 2023, Fusion Flavors Hospitality Group carries the ambition of celebrating France and Taiwan through unique multi-sensory experiences, combining the flavours of Taiwan and high quality French ingredients with the elegant art de vivre.
The Founder
Hsuan-Hsuan Chang
Founder & CEO
Born in Taipei, Hsuan-Hsuan was inspired by Parisian culture as a leading capital in the hospitality industry. Her studies in International Food & Beverage Management at ESCP Business School and her experience in the beverage industry motivated her to share the rich culture of her home country with the rest of the world. She founded Fusion Flavors Hospitality Group and created its two brands: Le Tê and MAISON LE TÊ.
